Questions & Answers

Yes, we do provide a 15% discount for stays of 7 nights or more, and a 25% discount for stays of 14 nights or more. These discounts apply to all suite categories and can be combined with our online booking promotions. For details, please reach out to our reservations team.

Our displayed rates are per night and do not include provincial sales tax and hotel tax (approximately 16%). A resort fee of $25 per night is also added, covering Wi-Fi, gym access, and in-room coffee. There are no mandatory service charges added to your bill. All extras, like spa services and private dining, are clearly charged only if you request them.

Absolutely. For event packages above $10,000, we offer a structured payment plan: a 30% deposit upon contract signing, a 40% installment due 30 days before the event, and the final 30% due on the event day. Once your contract is signed, you'll receive a detailed invoice with payment deadlines. For more details, talk to our events coordinator.

The minimum for our Emerald package is 50 guests for the full-package rate. However, for smaller private celebrations of 20 guests or fewer, we offer a "Micro Event" rate which is quoted individually. Our "Crown Diamond" package is available for anything from 100 to 500 guests.

Yes, all of our casino entertainment uses fun tokens and is designed for immersive, non-monetary play. Our dealers are professionally trained to host guests of all skill levels and will ensure a responsible, entertaining casino atmosphere without any real-money wagers.
